Welcome to Success Movers. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our professional packing and moving services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms.
1. Arrival Time
The arrival time provided during booking is an estimate only. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as extended prior jobs, traffic, or customer-related delays. While we always strive for punctuality, such delays are sometimes beyond our control.
2. Property Access and Parking
Customers are required to inform us of any property access restrictions, including narrow staircases, spiral stairways, lifts, or limited driveway space.
Parking arrangements are the customer’s responsibility. If our vehicle receives a fine due to insufficient or incorrect parking arrangements, the cost will be passed on to the customer.
3. Insurance Coverage
Our insurance does not cover damage under the following conditions:
Fragile items (e.g., glass, mirrors) that are not professionally packed.
Specialty or high-value items such as antiques, pianos, or marble surfaces.
Packed boxes or goods once our team has left the premises.
Damage occurring due to customer involvement during the move.
4. Booking Cancellations
Cancellation fees apply as follows:
More than 7 days before the move: No charge.
2–6 days before the move: Up to 50% of the total moving cost.
Less than 2 days before the move: Up to 75% of the total moving cost.
On the moving day: Up to 100% of the total cost if movers arrive or work begins.
5. Payment Methods
We accept the following forms of payment:
Bank Transfer
Card Payment (a 3.5% surcharge applies to all card transactions)
6. Specialized Items – Pianos and Pool Tables
Moving large or specialty items such as pianos or pool tables requires a minimum of four movers and appropriate equipment.
If fewer movers are booked, the customer must provide additional assistance at both pickup and delivery locations. Failure to do so may result in full cancellation charges.
7. Damage and Scratches
Although every precaution is taken, minor marks or scratches may occur, especially when moving large or heavy items in confined spaces.
Customers are encouraged to inspect their belongings during both loading and delivery. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of the move’s completion. After this period, Success Movers is not liable for damages.
8. Reporting Loss or Damage
Upon completion of the move, customers must verify that all items have been delivered in satisfactory condition.
Claims for missing or damaged items must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this timeframe will not be accepted.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Any changes or amendments must be approved in writing by Success Movers . In the event of inconsistency, these Terms and Conditions take precedence over any other agreement or documentation.
10. Final Checks
Customers are responsible for ensuring the moving truck is completely empty before our team departs. Success Movers is not responsible for any items left behind once the vehicle has left the premises.
